Kendall Whittier, Inc. serves residents who live within the boundaries of Pine (North) to 11th (South) and Harvard (East) to Lansing (West).

Schools in the neighborhood include Crosstown Learning Center, Kendall-Whittier Elementary, Sequoyah Elementary, Springdale Elementary, San Miguel, University School and The University of Tulsa. Students at Rogers High School and Mayo Demonstration School and their families are also eligible to receive assistance. Teachers and staff employed by these neighborhood schools are also eligible to receive assistance.
